Rental Protection Plan
To give you peace of mind during your rental, we offer a Protection Plan for your rental set. For just 15€ per set, per rental, this plan covers breakages and damage to the clubs. The protection plan is an excellent way to safeguard your equipment, ensuring you don’t have to worry about unexpected damage during your round.
Coverage details:
- Damage or breakage: The plan covers any accidental breakages or damage to the clubs, including broken shafts or clubheads.
- Loss or theft: In case of loss or theft, an excess fee will be charged, in accordance with our policy. This excess fee helps cover the cost of replacing the missing items.
The protection plan can be added easily during the booking process. We recommend selecting this option to avoid potential unexpected charges.
Important note: If you choose not to opt for the protection plan, you will be fully responsible for any damage, breakages, loss, or theft. Charges for damaged or lost items will be applied as outlined in our policy.
Breakages and Lost Equipment
If a club is damaged, we require that the clubhead and the broken shaft are returned to classify it as “broken.” This ensures that the damage is genuine and helps us assess the situation more accurately. If only one part of the club is returned, or if the club is not returned at all, it will be considered lost or stolen.
In the event of a lost club, clients will be charged for the full replacement cost as specified in our rental agreement. We will provide the necessary details on replacement costs during the booking process and in our policy documentation.

Deposits and Payment
A deposit of €50 per set is required at the time of delivery. This deposit serves as a guarantee for the rented equipment and will be refunded in full at the end of the rental period, provided the sets are returned in perfect condition.
Deposit conditions:
- The deposit amount will be collected at the time of delivery.
- The €50 deposit is separate from the rental fee.
- Refund of the deposit: The full deposit will be refunded once the equipment is returned in good condition, without any damage, loss, or theft.
- If there is any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
Please note that the deposit does not cover loss or damage if you do not opt for the Protection Plan.
Late Returns and Extensions
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to extend your rental period, please contact us in advance to arrange an extension. An additional charge will apply based on the daily rental rate.
Late return policy:
- Late returns will incur an additional fee.
- The fee is calculated based on the duration of the delay and the daily rental rate of the equipment.
- Failure to return the equipment by the agreed-upon time could also result in a full replacement fee for the missing equipment.
Responsibility and Care of Equipment
As a renter, you are responsible for taking good care of the rental equipment. Clubs must be used in a safe and proper manner, and any intentional damage or misuse will be charged accordingly.
Client responsibilities:
- Keep the equipment in safe condition during your rental period.
- Notify us immediately if any equipment is damaged or lost during your rental period.
- Ensure that the equipment is returned on time and in the condition it was rented out.
